Johannesburg- Sasol said it has entered into discussions to potentially divest its 50% stake in the Arya Sasol Polymers Co. joint venture with National Petrochemical Co. (NPC) in Iran (PCN, 17 Oct 2011, p 2).Sasol, in a recent riling with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, said it was reviewing its operations in Iran because of the possible risk of international sanctions.
