Bangkok-PTT's IRPC subsidiary is planning to invest $800-million to expand its propylene capacity as part of a $2-billion, five-year plan to develop high-grade polymers, a local industry report said.The expansion will increase propylene capacity to 710,000 t/y from 450,000 t/y currently and is scheduled to be completed by 2014.
