Zhejiang-Sinopec has submitted to the National Development and Reform Commission a proposal for an integrated refinery and ethylene cracking complex in China's Zhejiang Province, local industry reports said. The project, to be built in conjunction with the local government, includes a 15-million-t/y refinery and a 1-million-t/y ethylene plant.
