New Delhi-Mitsui Chemicals Inc. (MCI) has established Mitsui Chemicals India Pvt Ltd. as a new subsidiary in New Delhi to sell, develop markets and conduct market research in India for MCI's products. MCI last year opened a liaison office in New Delhi to support market development of its elastomers business (PCN, 5 Mar 07, p 3).
