New York-Solutia Inc. on 6 Feb. filed a complaint in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York against the three banks that had executed a firm commitment to fund a $2-billion exit financing package for Solutia (PCN, 28 Jan 08, p 2).
