Heerlen-DSM has completed the sale of its Sarlink thermoplastic elastomers business unit to Teknor Apex (PCN, 20 Sept 2010, p 1). Financial details were not disclosed. Sarlink, which had been part of the DSM Elastomers group, has compounding operations in Leominster, Mass., and Genk, Belgium. The unit will operate as part of Teknor Apex, but will continue sales under the Sarlink name.
