Johannesburg-WorleyParsons said it has expanded its existing capabilities in South Africa with the acquisition of engineering consulting company KV3."KV3 brings substantial skills, capabilities, customer relationships and experience to our existing South African business," stated WorleyParsons Chief Executive John Grill.
