Midland-Dow Chemical on 1 Apr. said it had completed the acquisition of Rohm and Haas (PCN, 16 Mar 09, p 1). Dow will integrate Rohm and Haas into a new Advanced Materials Division, which will include coatings, building and construction, specialty materials, adhesives and functional polymers, and electronic materials.
