Dubai-Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) said that PTT Polymer Marketing DMCC, Titan DMCC and SCG Plastics Co. Ltd. DMCC have established bases and begun operations in the DMCC free zone in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. "As a major producer and exporter of petrochemicals and plastics, the Middle East offers the most cost-effective feedstock for petrochemical companies," noted DMCC Chief Executive David Rutledge.
