Doha-Qatargas plans to start up its liquefied natural gas (LNG) Train 6 and Train 7 at Ras Laffan, Qatar, this year, increasing its overall LNG capacity to 42-million t/y. Qatargas started up Trains 4 and 5 last May and September, respectively, raising its LNG capacity to nearly 26-million t/y (PCN, 14 Sept 09, p 4).
