Ludwisshafen- BASF and Linde-KCA-Dresden GmbH (LKCA) have signed an agreement to cooperate in the joint marketing of licenses and plants for the capture of carbon dioxide (C02) from flue gases, primarily in the Middle East. BASF will provide the chemical processes to capture the CO2, and LKCA will be responsible for the engineering, design and construction of the facilities.
