Moscow-Sibur Holding JSC has finalized a contract for the sale of 100% of the shares in its Kauchuk JSC unit to Roel Corp. JSC for an undisclosed amount. The sale of Kauchuk, a producer of isoprene and methyl tertiary butyl ether, "complies with our strategy of withdrawal from non-core business and reduction of the number of production sites," stated Sibur President Dmitry Konov.
