Paris-Rhodia said it has signed a partnership agreement with Brenntag that covers Southeast Asia, India, Australia and Taiwan, and includes the transfer of Rhodia's distribution network in this area to Brenntag. The partnership with Brenntag, which excludes Rhodia's Novecare business in India, "brings new perspectives for efficiency and the expansion of Rhodia's activities in this region," explained Michel Ybert, Rhodia's president for Asia Pacific.
