Kuala Lumpur- Petronas, Uzbekistan's national oil and gas company Uz-bekneftegaz (UNG) and Sasol have signed a heads of agreement on the development and implementation of their proposed Uzbek gas-to-liquids (GTL) project in Uzbekistan. The agreement comes after a "positive outcome" on a joint pre-feasibility study by the three partners, Petronas said. The next phase involves project implementation and the establishment of a joint venture company.
