Mexico City- Petroleos Mexicanos' (Pemex) Petroquimica Morelos has awarded an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract to GTC Technology Mexico to revamp Pemex's ethylene oxide (EO) unit. GTC will provide major distillation columns, mass transfer equipment, reactors, chemicals, field engineering and installation work for the 250,000-t/y EO plant revamp. No other details were given.
