Dubai-Gulf Navigation Holding (GulfNav) said it has cancelled two new-building contracts with SLS Shipbuilding of South Korea. The first 44,000-dwt chemical tanker, for which GulfNav has already received a refund of about $35-million from SLS, was cancelled due to excessive delays in delivery of the vessel.
