Bergen—Odfjell,through its Odfjell Terminals (Europe) joint venture with Lindsay Goldberg LLC, has signed a letter of intent to acquire an equity interest in Noord Natie Terminal's (NNT) existing facility in Antwerp, Belgium. Odfjell said it will take a minority stake, which will be "greater than 25%," and the share issuance proceeds will be used for an expansion of NNT's terminal.
