Critical behaviour in the temperature dependence of the coercivity for nanocrystalline soft-magnetic materials

摘要

The Curie temperature T_C~(am) of the residual amorphous phase and the temperature dependence of the coercivity H_c have been studied for nanocrystalline Fe_(91)Zr_7B_2 prepared by primary crystallization of a melt-spun amorphous precursor. The temperature dependence of H_c for the nanocrystalline Fe_(91)Zr_7B_2 near T_C~(am) is well fitted by the following relation: H_c(T) ∝ (T_C~(am) - T)~(-6β), where β = 0.36. This result indicates that the effective exchange stiffness in the nanocrystalline sample is governed by the square of the spontaneous magnetization in the intergranular amorphous region.
