Comprehensive neutron diffraction measurements were performed to study the isostructural gamma<->alpha phase transition in Ce_(0.9)Th_(0.1) alloy. Using Rietveld refinements, we obtained lattice and thermal parameters as a function of temperature. From the temperature slope of the thermal parameters, we determined Debye temperatures for the y phase and the alpha phase, respectively. This result implies that the vibrational entropy change is not significant at the gamma<->alpha transition, contrary to that from elemental Cerium [I.-K. Jeong, T.W. Darling, Mi. Graf et al., Phys. Rev. Lett. 92(2004) p. 105702].
