摘要

The hyperfine structure of the 5d 6s b(1)D(2) level in La II has been measured utilizing the laser and radio-frequency double resonance (LRDR) technique in a collinear geometry. Magnetic dipole and electric quadrupole hyperfine constants have been extracted and the results have been compared with previous measurements. With the present technique drastically improved accuracy has been obtained.
