摘要

A technology of viscous flow excitation inside a droplet cluster formed over a warmed-up water surface has been created. We have measured the tracks and speed of streaming drops when the cluster temperature was 90°C. We have defined the coefficient of the shear viscosity, demonstrated that viscosity at four to five interdroplet distances from the cluster rim to the core, magnifies approximately by an order of magnitude compared with the viscosity on the rim of cluster. We have shown the possibility of spatially arranged dropwise structures, similar to a dropwise cluster, influencing convection, heat and mass transfer in the atmosphere.
