摘要

We present tetriperature dependent high resolution resonant optical spectrescopy on a single, negatively charged InGaAsquattum itilWeperfoimed,laser transmission measurements yielitrgtl linewidth of the excitonic ground state trapsrtt trmtantynt dot in a temperature range from 4.2 Ktransirtion of the linewidth evolution and thedid reds shift of the resonance energy with simple models based on the exciton–phonon coupling in thequantum dot. The resonant spectroscopy measurements arecomplemented with results from non-resonant PL measure-ments on the very same quantum dot. Here we observe a sim-ple linear behavior of the linewidth according to an effect of afluctuating environment.
