摘要

Photoreflectance spectra of a GaAs/GaAlAs Fibonacci superlattice in the temperature range from 20 to 300 K are reported. A new method for the modulation beam shift in sweeping photoreflectance is presented. The experimental results are compared with the theoretical spectra calculated with the help of the envelope function approximation, using the first-derivative model for the photoreflectance lineshapes. The model predictions are in good agreement with spectra measured at low temperatures. The temperature evolution of the spectra is also discussed. [References: 11]
