Transport properties of the Zr-2(Ni0.9M0.1) glassy alloys

摘要

We have measured the superconducting transition temperature, the change in the electrical conductivity with the temperature up to 50 K and magnetoresistivity in temperature interval between 4.2 and 9 K and magnetic fields up to 1.2 T of some ternary glassy Zr-2(Ni0.9M0.1) alloys (M = Ti, V, Co or Cu). The magnetoresistivity of these alloys can be explained by adding a contribution of the superconducting fluctuations to the contributions due to quantum coherence effects. The estimated values for inelastic relaxation times tau(i) and spin-orbit relaxation times tau(so) are very reasonable. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved. [References: 7]
