摘要

The analysis of organic compounds and some pesticides in differentRomanian wines by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was performedin scan and selected ion monitoring (SIM) modes. Liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) andsolid phase micro extraction (SPME) methods were used. The incorporated Rtx-5MScapillary column, 30mx 0.32mm, 0.25μm film thickness, was used in a temperatureprogram from: 50 C for 2 min, then increased to 310 ℃ with a rate of 10 ℃ /min.The required level for pesticides in drinking water and food, specified in EECDirective explains the need for straightforward, selective and sensitive methods fortrace level determination of these compounds in drinking water or beverages and therecent development of techniques in this area.
