摘要

Polymeric composite films for dental applications are synthesizedand characterized with respect to their structural properties. The composite samplesconsist of polymers including as reinforcement phase inorganic nanostructuredparticles. The key to realize dental composites having adequate properties is thehomogenous dispersion in the polymer matrix of a low content of inorganicnanoparticles. Dental fillers based on resin composites reinforced with ZrO_2 andSiO_2 were obtained by hydrothermal methods. The crystal sizes identified in theZrO, and SiO_2 — ZrO_2 inorganic phases are ranging from 4 nm to 50 run. Byintroducing different ratios of the synthesized nanostructured fillers into a dimethacrylicorganic matrix we have realized films using UV and visible initiatory system. Theadherence of these films on dental device substrate depend on their structural properties.
