摘要

We report the characteristics of a high-Tc superconductor (HTS) bandpass filter with the center frequency of 16.65 GHz. An YBa2Cu3O7-x(YBCO) superconducting thin film was prepared using the pulse-laser deposition technique. The filter used in this work was composed of non-uniform microstrip lines, i.e. the stepped impedance resonators. This approach has an advantage for a considerably high Q-value and the compact filter structure. The impedance ratio of the: stepped impedance resonator was 0.5 in this work. In the measured responses, this HTS filter showed the insertion loss of -0.5 dB at maximum and other results of our filters were superior to the normal conducting devices. [References: 2]
