摘要

A sensitive analytical method, very useful for determination of fatlyacids, vitamin F and F and sterols, in biological samples, was developed by gaschromatography/ mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The method was applied for testingfatty acids, vitamin E, sterols, after the treatment of sea buckthorn oil (Hippophaerhamnoides L) at different kGy doses with accelerated electrons. The internal standardused for fatty acid methyl esters determination was C11:1. Liposoluble compoundsfrom sea buckthorn oil represent a polivitaminic complex with regenerator actionupon the cellular metabolism. Our method is suitable for fatty acid screening andquantitative determination and to state the changes of the nutrients after treatment withaccelerated electron. GC/MS analyses were performed on a Trace DSQ. Comparisonswith other methods, as HPLC and by 1R for sea buckthorn oil changes are presented.
