摘要

Recent technological advancements now permit serious consideration of embedded training as a training alternative. To embed a training subsystem, decisions on the composition of the training package must be made early in the developmental cycle. Current methods of predicting training effectiveness do not permit an effectiveness based comparison of training alternatives early in a new system's development. This project presents a training effectiveness comparison method to overcome this problem. Keywords: Army, Training, Comparison, Embedded training. (sdw)
