摘要

Insulin and glucagon injected into the portal vein of rats produced rapid reciprocal changes in the activities of certain hepatic glycolytic enzymes and fructose diphosphatase. The insulin effect could be reversed by glucagon and vice versa. There was a dose response for each hormone. Actinomycin D or puromycin treatment did not alter the response of the enzymes to the hormones. Cyclic AMP increased after glucagon injection but not after insulin. Cyclic AMP caused the same changes in the enzymes as did glucagon. (Author)
