The effort necessary to construct the various TSS/PSS reinforced concrete substructures and foundations, complete with embedded items, is defined. These include the thermal storage subsystem/plant support subsystem (TSS/PSS) building foundations, the pipe rack foundations, various tank foundations, the thermal storage unit (TSU) containment basin, the TSS waste oil sump, pump and TSS skid mounted equipment assemblies, pipe trenches and other TSS/PSS miscellaneous foundations and earthwork.
