This study is especially concerned with the transport of fissile materials:It deals essentially with the interpretation of the Vienna regulations and other inter¬nationally valid regulations and the investigation about the general technical possibilities to satisfy these regulations.nThe main idea of this interpretation of the object of the contract as agreed upon with the Euratom Commission was to take the Vienna recommendations as a starting point and to subject them to a detailed examination in the light of practical experience.
