Northern Ohio regional economy is examined with an input/output model. Heating, plumbing and fabricated metals; finance and insurance; and motor vehicle equipment have large size and multipliers for output, income and employment. The first two showed employment growth over 1960-80. Chemicals, wholesale, and retail are other important regional sectors.
