The guide may be used by secondary school teachers (especially of math orscience), students, or adults who want to access and learn about scientific data on the Internet. It provides exercises that enable users to access and analyze on-line information from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and other providers, using common Internet software tools.
