The report documents the results of a study conducted by the U.S. Small BusinessAdministration regarding the impact of contract bundling on small business concerns, pursuant to the Small Business Credit and Business Opportunity Act of 1992 (P.L. 102-366). The study utilized a survey of SBA personnel, 17 directors of federal Offices of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, 127 trade associations, and 370 randomly selected small businesses.
