This document contains 10 theses where it is criticised the copyright system and the librarians and library associations who while defending the copyright they become barriers of the documental information access in libraries from underdeveloped countries. This work was comprehensively elaborated in the First Workshop of the Copy/South Research Group celebrated in Canterbury, Kent, England, October 2005.
