Provided is a method for restoring cell function, comprising: collecting NK cells and CTL cells of the same organism; separating NKg2d from the NK cells; and performing chimerization of NKg2d and the CTL cells, thereby restoring the ability of the CTL cells to recognize and kill abnormal cells.
