摘要

FIELD: test equipment.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of test equipment, namely to facilities for testing of technical objects with external hydrostatic pressure for determination of their physical parameters. Device comprises fluid-filled external high-pressure hydrobaric chamber, having in its upper part hermetically closed by cover process opening, and located in it internal high pressure hydrobaric chamber, in which the test object is located, made in the form of a strong detachable shell capsule of high pressure, also having a process opening sealed in its upper part by a cover, the lower part of which has the shape of a cylinder with a spherical end face, wherein the high-pressure shell capsule with the tested object in it contains a free volume filled with liquid or liquid together with practically incompressible bodies. In said chambers there are measuring transducers connected by hermetically connected communication lines with recording equipment, and their cavities are interconnected by hermetically inserted into covers of openings by pipelines with hydraulic pumps of high hydrostatic pressure for supply to chambers of fluid and changes in them of hydrostatic pressure during strength tests, according to the invention, the upper part of the detachable shell capsule of high pressure is made in the form of a truncated conical shell, tightly installed on the circular support, placed on the circular flange of the tide, formed on the inner surface of the wall of the lower part of the shell capsule. From the outside, the above part of the capsule is fixed by a split annular key in the form of a set of separate segments having increased hardness and strength compared to the walls of the shell capsule case. Cover of the process opening of the primary chamber of high pressure is made in the form of a gate device, to which the upper part of the shell capsule is suspended on strong connections. Technological opening placed in upper part of shell capsule is equipped with hatch, tightly closed from below with reinforced cover, withstanding high pressure from inside capsule and made in form of spherical segment, which is equipped with tie-rods retaining it from outer side, attached to upper end of truncated conic shell. Cavity of secondary high-pressure test chamber is communicated via tubular main line with atmosphere via emergency valve installed in the main line and designed to withstand high design pressure created in cavity of shell capsule. In the lower part of the detachable shell capsule, on the inner side of its wall, there is a row of circular shell rings reinforcing the wall of the enclosure of the shell capsule.;EFFECT: high strength and stability of the shell capsule – a high-pressure secondary chamber – and preventing the pressure capsule from reacting dynamically inside the primary high-pressure chamber.;1 cl, 2 dwg
