The device measures a change in the natural frequency of the diaphragm generated when the cable tension is changed. In addition, the field measurement method of the cable tension according to the present invention is a field measurement method of the cable tension using the piezoelectric element to estimate the cable tension, a fixing step of fixing the vibration plate connected to the piezoelectric element to the cable and And calculating an impedance change of the cable by measuring an impedance response (Z') corresponding to the changed natural frequency (f') of the diaphragm according to the change in tension.
