The present invention relates to a device for automatically calculating insurance based on a BRMS. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device for automatically calculating insurance disclosed in the present document comprises: a memory storing damage assessment collateral data including compensation standard information and calculation formula information; a first rule engine checking damage assessment collateral based on a first rule; and a second rule engine automatically calculating insurance based on the second rule, wherein the first rule engine checks the damage assessment collateral according to accident information and contract information based on the damage assessment collateral data when acquiring the accident information and the contract information of an insured person, and the second rule engine can calculate insurance according to the accident information based on the calculation formula information related to the checked damage assessment collateral in the damage assessment collateral data.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
