The present invention relates to a time-controlled device for transporting a frying net up and down. The present invention comprises: a fryer body having a plurality of legs on the bottom and an upper wall having a predetermined height on one side; a driving unit comprising a rack which is installed in the vertical direction on the upper wall and a driving motor which rotates to move the rack up in the vertical direction; a frying net member installed at a lower portion of the rack to receive fried food; a sensor unit installed to move frying net member up to a set height; and a timer setting the frying time when the frying net member is contained in the fryer body. A user can set the time depending on each fried food by the timer. The frying net member moves up and down according to the set time. A worker can easily and conveniently fry dishes without frequently checking whether frying is properly done when making fry dishes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
