The present invention relates to biocellulose comprising turmeric, beet and radish extracts. More specifically, the present invention relates to biocellulose prepared by fermenting microorganisms in a culture medium containing turmeric, beet and radish extracts, and a method for preparing the same. The biocellulose prepared according to the method of the present invention is easy to store for a long term, is easy for face lotion to penetrate, is easy to domestically produce and control the thickness, and uses natural materials such as turmeric, radish and beet, and thus can be useful as a cosmetic mask sheet material without adverse effects on the human body.
