The present invention relates to a vehicle license plate recognition system for recognizing a vehicle license plate damaged by shadow and light reflection through image correction. More specifically, through the previous technology, provided is a system for extracting a recognition region of the vehicle license plate, which applies a correction system for improving the vehicle recognition efficiency to recognize a vehicle license plate, and correcting to enable the recognition of the vehicle license plate which cannot be systematically recognized due to the damage by shadows, light reflection, or the like with respect to the recognized vehicle license plate.
