The present invention relates to a PNA probe represented by a nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3 and a PNA probe represented by a nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4 with different hybridizations depending on a bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV) genetic type; and a BVDV genotyping method using the same. The present invention has an advantage of being able to quickly and accurately detect BVDV genotype, which has been difficult to easily distinguish by the conventional method, in one experiment.
