A sleep health promotion system includes: a headband worn on a user′s head and generating brain wave data by measuring the user′s brain wave; a user terminal displaying a sleep health questionnaire, generating sleep health survey result data by receiving a sleep health survey result corresponding to the sleep health questionnaire, receiving the brain wave data from the headband, calculating a sleep quality (SQ) index by analyzing the brain wave data, and visually displaying the brain wave data and the SQ index; and an integrated server providing the sleep health questionnaire to the user terminal, determining the user type of the user based on the sleep health survey result data, determining whether to use the headband in accordance with the determined user type of the user, storing sleep data including the brain wave data, and determining whether to conduct polysomnography on the user based on the sleep data and a hospital terminal capable of checking, for example, the apnea index of a patient using a continuous positive airway pressure machine and a user terminal provided with insurance management, sleep data, appliance cleanliness management, and extra service related to a user prescribed to use a continuous positive airway pressure machine.
