The present invention relates to a method of estimating damage to a tendon of a PSC bridge by using an autoencoder. According to the present invention, in order to estimate damage to a tendon based on bridge measurement data such as acceleration, displacement, strain and the like, indicating a minor behavior of a PSC bridge, which can be obtained through an SHM system to identify a risk to the bridge in real time, the method includes: a first step of collecting bridge measurement data for a set period; a second step of creating a tendon damage estimation model which can restore only ′non-damaged′ data by performing autoencoder learning in consideration of the bridge measurement data as ′non-damaged′ data; and a third step of identifying whether a bridge tendon is damaged by determining whether the bridge measurement data is ′non-damaged′ data through the tendon damage estimation model when the bridge measurement data measured in real time is inputted from the bridge measurement part.
