The present invention relates to a spinach harvester adjusting a position of a spinach root cutting blade using a spinach position detection sensor, which cuts a spinach root and collects the cut spinach in a collection box to harvest the spinach, while being capable of adjusting the position of the spinach cutting blade, positioned at a front side to cut the spinach root, while performing harvest driving. The present invention provides a spinach harvester adjusting a position of a spinach root cutting blade using a spinach position detection sensor, including: a spinach harvest body part having a spinach root cutting part provided with a spinach root cutting blade at a front end for cutting the spinach root and a cut spinach moving part moving and collecting the spinach cut by the spinach root cutting part; a driving vehicle body part including a driving power device for driving and driving movement wheels for driving connected to the driving power device; a spinach detection sensor part provided in the spinach root cutting part having the spinach root cutting blade to adjust an underground penetration depth of the spinach root cutting blade; and a control unit adjusting the position of the spinach root cutting blade of the spinach root cutting part using information collected from the spinach position detection sensor part, wherein the position of the spinach root cutting blade of the spinach root cutting part can be adjusted using the information collected from the spinach position detection sensor part during driving.
