The present invention relates to an image system for a flight tactic simulator, which comprises: a simulation cockpit prepared by simulating a cockpit of an aircraft; an HMD capable of being worn on the head of a pilot, and including a sensor unit for measuring a direction and a posture and a camera for capturing an image; a screen provided outside of the cockpit; and an image processing unit synthesizing an external virtual image on a portion where the screen is captured in an image taken from the camera, and displaying the synthesized image on the HMD. According to the present invention, the image system for a flight tactic simulator is implemented by applying an immersive HMD, whereas a disadvantage of not being able to see through can be overcome by using the camera. In addition, a part of information which can be visually recognized by the pilot consists of reality images, wherein the external image is displayed by synthesizing with a chroma key image, and thus, the image system can be implemented at low costs.
