Provided is a method for providing a home care service to a dementia patient using a home care platform. The method comprises: a step (S110) of providing, on a home care platform, a training program for overcoming and ameliorating dementia or stopping or delaying the progression of dementia of a dementia patient to a platform user; a step (S130) of collecting log data based on a lifelog of the dementia patient; and a training program progress step (S150) of proceeding, on a platform user, AI procedures for performance of a personalized training program of the dementia patient. The training program progress step (S150) includes a step (S170) of modifying the already provided training program into a training program obtained from an actual dementia expert system (160) in a relay step (S160) and providing the modified training program. The method for providing a home care service to a dementia patient using a home care platform is capable of improving the quality of life for the elderly.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
