In addition, a method for quantifying exosomes of the present invention successfully quantifies exosomes secreted from cancer cells and normal cells with high accuracy and reproducibility compared to commercial kits, and can effectively measure exosomes increased in the cancer cells, thereby rapidly and simply diagnosing cancer in early stages.
